How much does wedding or luxury car hire cost in Sydney?

Both start from $500. The final quote depends on the car, the hours between the first pickup and the last drop-off, and any extra vehicles. Time past the booked finish is charged in 15-minute blocks.

How far ahead should we book a wedding car?

Spring and autumn Saturdays fill first, so most couples secure their car 9 to 12 months ahead. Weekday and winter dates can often be booked at shorter notice, so ask even if yours is close.

How do we secure a booking?

A deposit of at least 30% confirms the car, and deposits are non-refundable. Wedding package balances are due 30 business days before the date; the full conditions are on our terms and conditions page.

What if we need to cancel a wedding booking?

Wedding cancellations must reach us in writing by email at least 90 days before the date. After that point the full balance becomes payable.

What happens if a car has a problem on the day?

If a vehicle breaks down, we dispatch another car to complete the booking so the day keeps moving.

Can young children ride in the cars?

Yes. NSW law requires a proper child seat for children under four and a booster seat for children aged four to seven, so tell us their ages when you book.
